To Whom It May Concern:
Tony Niakan and his entire staff at RCS have truly been unsung heroes in Famous
Famiglia’s growth. RCS has built every company owned store for my company in the last
6 years. What is amazing is that he and his team have built units in the most difficult
venues. Airports and Navy bases to name a few. Their staff has been knowledgeable of
local challenges, stemming from labor regulations to local ordinances.
It has come to the point that we at Famous Famiglia no longer bid out our stores they are
all built by our trusted partner. They share in the same culture as we do, dedication to
craft, perseverance and commitment to hitting the targeted date. The management team at
RCS is quick to react to issues that may arise. They also benefit our company with having
input from day one, lending experienced value engineering as so to save money.
In 6 years there has never been a date that RCS missed or a fine that they paid. They also
understand that they are building a unit for our crewmembers and are respectful of that
point. I look forward to many more units to be built by RCS and it would be a privilege to
recommend Tony and his great team.
