We continue to grow the property management
department.
We are a small but experienced team with over 40
years experience and have recently employed a
further accounts clerk.
We manage properties across all sectors; retail,
industrial and offices, from Edinburgh to the South
Coast for a variety of property companies, private
individuals and private pension funds.
We now manage 283 tenants with a rental income in
excess of £5.015m
Given our low overheads, we have found we can offer
competitive fees whilst maintaining an excellent
management service.
We use the Qube Property Management System and
are fully compliant and regulated by the RICS.
