4. Key Tasks that need to be completed throughout the Day:
Liaising with clients: This is a very important task as Client satisfaction is what we strive in
excellence in. Whether it be through answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, booking in
clients or providing information; a key task that needs to be completed on a daily basis is
dealing with clients.
Booking in Clients & Arranging Viewings: Throughout the day, this will is essential as the more
clients and viewings arranged, the more likely a sale can be achieved.
Heading out on Viewings: This will enable you all to build upon experience and gain a clear
insight into the properties we have and how a viewing takes place.
Creating and Posting ads: Again this is a daily duty and will enable you all to deal with clients
and to arrange bookings; as well as provide further information.
Completing Booking Sheets: This gives us the opportunity to track your progress in relation to
how many clients you have booked in.
Completing the Client Tenant Template: This is a beneficial utility that will provide us with the
opportunity to monitor your individual development and to see how many clients you have
been dealing with.
5. 5:30pm onwards:
As you are aware, this is when viewings start. From this time onwards, you
will need to be communicating and briefing clients.
This is also the key time to head out on viewings. Over the next few
days, you should all be given the opportunity to take your own/company
car to head out to viewings.
