1. Pritchards Menswear
A family-owned business which has traded continuously in Hereford since 1836. The King Street
store, run by Edward Pritchard, the great great grandson of the founder, is one of Hereford city
centre’s retailing high spots. A major refit was carried out in 2000, designed by the architects
Jamieson Associates of Hereford. To coincide with this a new brand identity was initiated.
The shop’s traditional customers were typically professional white males, aged 40 and over.
The task was to attract younger customers without alienating the existing customer base.
We designed and introduced the new brand identity and devised a promotional campaign in print,
online and in-store.
Following the rebrand, the store’s turnover increased by 25% year-on-year.
