1. Mr. Thomas Overstreet , born on 01 October 1954 , residing in Brittnau was
from 1 September 2008 to 31 January 2013 working as a product manager
in the field of cooling lubricants in our company.
The field of activity of Thomas Overstreet mainly involved the following
tasks:
• Perform and support of a team of three experienced staff
• Analytical routine checks
• Responsible for the development and improvement of raw materials /
products
• Adherence to high quality standards and improving processes
• Coordination of activities in the department with the upstream and
downstream locations
• Interface for the production and sale
• Subject-specific answer customer inquiries
• Instructions for creating complex experiments
• Self- optimization of laboratory methods
• Logging of the experimental procedure and the observations made
including evaluation and interpretation of the results first
Thomas Overstreet has a good knowledge and an extensive experience in his
field , which he converted specifically into the practice. He can adjust quickly
to changing situations and react under stressful circumstances or in difficult
situations with calm and security . He represents the Strub views clearly and
convincingly and is able to enforce it. He detects problems in his area of
responsibility and provides a valuable contribution to their solution .

Due to restructuring the Strub + Co. AG Thomas Overstreet was released on
