6. Decide to say positive things today

7. And say positive things to yourself today.

8. Really pay attention when someone talks
to you today.

9. And spend some time doing just one
thing (not multitasking).

10. Take time to deeply connect with
someone today.

11. And set aside some time to be your full
self, however goofy or unusual that is!

12. March 20 is International Day of
Happiness but doing these things
everyday can lead to greater happiness.
