This document describes a study that used poetry as part of a critically reflexive action research co-inquiry with nurses. The researcher conducted a multi-stranded inquiry with three components: 1) a relational co-inquiry with 10 nurses over 8 months where they shared reflections and generated inquiry cycles, 2) an organizational co-inquiry presenting poems to senior nurses, and 3) a personal inquiry exploring how poetry has been used in social science and healthcare research. Environmental changes coupled with the impact on globalization leading to increasing complexity in many developing strategies, especially on the foresight and futures studies. These trends pose a fundamental question, what is the chalenges of future’s complexity? It seems before understanding the origin of Future Scenario's idea and laws governing the Future Time, we've gone into the application of Scenarios to build better stories about future.
In this paper we deeply investigated following issues in order to demonstrate the effects of the origin of idea's ontology on Future Scenarios;

A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 2. As for constructivism is “synthesis of multiple theories diffused in to form. It is the assimilation of both behaviorialist and cognitive ideals” (Amineh & Davatgari Asl, 2015:09). Based on the believe of Dr Roya Jafari-Hassed and Hanieh Davatgari Asl (2015:13), the theory of social constructivism is dased on assumptions that knowledge is developed the social interaction with others, meaning and understanding are developed in the process. According to Stam (2001:294), the theory of social constructivism at times it is titled as an approach, as a movement, as a theory or a theoretical orientation. It is believed that these titles bring together the knowledge of the concept.

- 5. Conclusion According to Wikipedia (2017), the concept of social constructivism was developed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman in the year 1966. Both authors believe that understanding and meaning are developed in working together with other people in our surrounding. According to Dr Roya Jafari-Hassad and Dr Hanieh Davatgari As (2015:13), the theory of social constructivism is based on assumptions that interacting with other people, meaning and understanding are developed in the process.
