3. Francisco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration from CETYS Universidad, a Specialty
Degree in Corporate Finance and a Specialty in Transfer
Pricing from the Inter-American Center of Tax
Administrations. Francisco is one of the 27 national
specialists with the degree of Expert in Transfer Pricing
from the National Federation of Economists in México.
He has close to 10 years of experience in the area of
Transfer Pricing, his professional career includes
experience in firms like Deloitte Mexico and Regional
Manager in RSM Mexico. He currently serves as Senior
Transfer Pricing Manager at Grupo Consultor EFE, where
he advises more than 150 multinational groups and
close to 50 audit and tax firms in countries such as
Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica,
Dominican Republic and Panama, where he also serves
as Country Manager.

4. Paul studied European law in the UK and Germany, trained as a
corporate lawyer in the City of London, mainly advising German,
Swiss and Austrian clients on acquisitions, joint ventures and
commercial contracts. He qualified as a solicitor in 1994 at the
firm of Pritchard Englefield, a London-based firm established in
1848. He was appointed as a partner of that firm four years later
in 1998.
Paul joined KPMG’s UK law firm in 2001, and Paul developed a
specialism in working alongside international tax and transfer
pricing professionals on the design and legal implementation of
restructuring projects for large corporates. This has included
projects such as Eurobond listings, corporate migrations, cross-
border mergers and intercompany agreements for transfer
pricing. He later became a corporate partner in the London
offices of McGrigors LLP and of Pinsent Masons LLP.
Paul has been recognised and quoted as an expert by
publications such as the Financial Times, the Scotsman
newspaper, Financial Director Magazine and Accounting Web.
He regularly contributes to technical publications for legal and
tax professionals, including the Tax Journal, Tax Adviser
magazine, Taxation magazine, InCompliance magazine, Today’s
General Counsel, Practical Law (a Thomson Reuters resource for
legal professionals), Lexis Nexis’s online resources for transfer
pricing professionals and Lexis PSL’s legal resources for
practicing lawyers.

5. Akshay is a Chartered Accountant with a focus on
transfer pricing and international taxation. He is a
founder of a tax firm by the name TransPrice Tax
Advisors LLP, which is an India member of Quantera
Global worldwide, based in Mumbai, India.
Akshay as an advisor has led multiple cross border tax
and transfer pricing planning initiatives and strategy
implementation for a large global multinational group.
He has also been instrumental in adding value to high

industry experience.

on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting” released worldwide
in year 2016, “General Anti-Avoidance Rules –
