2. Article 94. Distribution of surplus
After five years from the imposition of uniform duties of
customs, the Parliament may provide, on such basis as it
deems fair, for the monthly payment to the several States of
all surplus revenue of the Commonwealth.

3. Article 100. Nor abridge right to use water
The Commonwealth shall not, by any law or regulation of
trade or commerce, abridge the right of a State or of the
residents therein to the reasonable use of the waters of
rivers for conservation or irrigation.

4. Article 116. Commonwealth not to legislate
in respect of religion
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing
any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for
prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious
test shall be required as a qualification for any office or
public trust under the Commonwealth.
