Kettaneh Construction Saudi Arabia ltd. is an ongoing project of Saudi Electricity Company. Project
is combined cycle power plant project. Project cost is 250 million. It has gas based plan.
It is spread over 2 square Km.
Kcs is multi national company spread over Saudi Arbia, Qatar, Lebnon and UAE.
2. IREO PVT. LTD
IREO Victory Valley is an ongoing project of Ireo Management Pvt Ltd. It is spread With an area of 25
acres and more than 750 apartments in simplex and duplex form, the Ireo Victory Valley is simply an
incredible residential dream come true. Located at Sector 67 on Golf Course Extn. Road, Gurgaon With the
tallest of its three high-rise towers being a stunning 50 floors tall.

Job Responsibilities
 Responsible for Quality Control & Assurance cum Execution & Finishing.

 Regular Testing of Material (Like Cube Test, Sieve Test, Rolling Margins, Brick & Sand Test etc.)

 Responsible for Execution(like: Layout, leveling, Concrete Casting, Bar binding, Foam work,
Brickwork & finishing )

 Working on High End Finishing.

 Landscape Work & Waterproofing Work

 Monitoring construction as per drawing design and specifications.

 Co-ordination with architect, consultants, and other agencies.

 Planning and monitoring of material requirement at site.

 Keep a close watch on the progress of project for timely completion


