Identification – Understand Your Company, the position and
develop a search strategy.
Target Recruiting – Meet with our search team to cast a wide
net of target candidates’ especially passive candidates by
utilizing in-house database, various third party resources and
references. We contact dozens of potential candidates.
Assessment – We screen qualified candidate ruthlessly and
only present the best talent.
Interview Process – At Talent Explorer, we stay engaged and
help you secure the candidate and get them off to a good start.
Accepted Offers and Long Term Results – We take pride in
matching clients with candidates which are “the right fit”. The
