 Capture invoices on Oracle and daily update document control data base.
 Prepare age analysis for outstanding invoices and attend queries related to invoice payments
 Provide suppliers with remittance advice on request.
 Designformsandmap process required to implement, improve controls and keep records of IMS processes
and other business processes.
 Assist to maintain document control to ensure that the most current information is available to other
employees, including issuing and publishing specific procedures.
 Ensure that document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical
documents within the scope of SHEQ unit and other units.
