I wanted to take a minute to say Thank You for your contributions on the
U.S. Bank ACA Project. You are a hard worker who was able to join the
team and immediately start making meaningful contributions. While a
member on the ACA project you demonstrated your ability to handle tech-
nical challenges with confidence and tact. Your dedication to timely deliv-
ery of code was greatly appreciated. You are a great team contributor be-
cause you are able to work independently, willing to help others, and able
to contribute meaningfully to group projects. You are a team player who
has consistently demonstrated exceptional communication, mobile devel-
opment and secure coding skills. When you arrived on the ACA project,
your technical focus was secure coding for iOS; however, as team needs
arose you willingly embraced and took the lead on CSS coding efforts,
build management and more. I'm excited you are moving to the U.S.
Bank Mobile Banking project. I know the team will seek your insight and
