Lack of other source of energy used, Nepal has to
suffer critical crisis in fuel. Not being able to enough
production of other alternative source of energy,
petroleum product is the only source of power beside
electricity. Most of the fuel consumed by vehicles and
industry, unmanaged public transport and lack of
mass rapid transit vehicle are the major parts for
maximum consumption of fuel in the Country.

 25 % of total fuel consume only by private cars and
motor bikes
 60 % of Public stay in city used their private vehicle to
day to day work
 18 % of total Petroleum product consume in Country
is used by industry due to lack of electricity
