2. The following observations were made in the last budget meeting:
• The cost of touch point branding was coming close to 34 lacs which was quite on
the higher side.
• MD suggested that we either go on a cost sharing with the touch- point owners for
the branding to reduce the cost
Or
Look for some innovative ways to do the job in a lesser cost
• MD also suggested to think for some unique ideas through which we can create a
unique brand identity among the users and other stake holders like wholesalers
etc.
•The entire launch activation to be done simultaneously in all our focus market and
the touch-point branding to be planned accordingly.
