 Facilitate dispute settlement as per mutually agreed place for arbitration at costs to be borne equally by Seller and Buyer
 Arrangement of inspection covering quality and quantity and packing to ensure compliance with Sale-Purchase contract at the time of
shipment by Independent Inspection agencies such as SGS/ ITS,etc at costs borne by the buyer.
