Alumni of XLRI Subhash has spent three decades with premier business houses like Ballarpur Industries, Birla Group, Escorts, Dabur India & Punj Lloyd where he last served as Executive Director Corporate HR.He is the author of leading books like "Winning Strategies for Corporate Success"​, "Foundation of Success"​, "Succeding in Interviews"​ & "Succeding through Communication".He has published numerous scholarly articles and practiced them in the field of Organizational Development throughout his career.He is on the Advisory board of premier Management Institutes in India and Abroad.He is associated with various professional bodies viz FICCI, ASSOCHAM, AIMA, NHRDN, ISTD and NIPM and hel
