- 3. insightful business intelligence Ryder Systems provides VHA with billing and analytics reporting for Premium TXT, Push TXT and STK products across both Hutchison and Vodafone networks. Reports are delivered to VHA using our product Engage. Engage is a multi-tenancy BI tool consisting of mediation software, data warehousing, reporting and analytics. Both VHA and Partners access Engage via a web browser. Engage maintains role and user level security to ensure partners only gain access to their relevant data stored in the data warehouse. These services help VHA to accurately record over $30M per year in retail revenue and provide accurate and defensible reporting and payment of over $15M per year in revenue shares to Managed Partners. © 2010 Ryder Systems.
