Mr. Clyburn managed technical aspects of contracts run by state and local organizations.

Mr. Clyburn directed outreach and communications projects in preventive health for

Missouri, worked as a grants manager with the National Center for Voluntary Action in
Washington, DC and directed a community drug abuse program in Brunswick, Maine.
