Since 1976, Convotherm has supported numerous companies in their culinary
endeavors by innovating the way artists operate the appliances they handle from a
day-to-day basis. Our Company has been able to use these innovations to create
our newest line of combination-ovens – the Convotherm 4. Numerous companies
have been able to increase productivity and create their culinary creations with the
precision every artist needs. Like many of these companies, Five Mile Line Diner, is
investigating the newest technologies for a state-of-art commercial kitchen that will
allow them to increase profitability by decreasing waste, saving energy, and
working faster and more efficient.

Creating a Better Kitchen:
With the installation of a Convotherm 4 your kitchen becomes more efficient and cost
effective, while the food created is as good or better than ever before. With its already
energy efficient status, added with the ecoCook,
and mixed load settings, the Convotherm
becomes a culinary partner rather than a
culinary tool. The ease of use of the easyTouch
screen will allow all users the access and ability
to control and effectively use the Convotherm 4
to its full potential, while the professional will be able to adjust and create culinary
creations like no other. With these features, and more, the ovens used in the kitchen will
no longer be an expense loathed, but a revenue maker that every owner can gratify in
their expenses.

3. The Product Created for Your Kitchen:
Shown below in Figure 1, the Convotherm 4 easyTouch is an intuitive combination-oven.
Combination-ovens often have three main functions: 1.) Convection; 2.) Steam; and 3.)
Combination cooking: a mix between convection and steam cooking that allows the used to
control humidity levels. Our oven has four main setting, each of which has five different basic
speed settings. These include: 1.) Crisp&Tasty; 2.) BakePro; 3.) HumidityPro; and 4.)
Controllable Fan.
With the pre-installation of our
integral easySystem, your
advanced culinary user will have
access to three hundred and
ninety-nine cooking profiles,
manual cooking options, servicing
information, on-screen help, tray
timers, cook&hold settings
(lowers temperature when
finished cooking to keep the food
warm), and gentle cooking cycles.
With these pre-installed settings a culinary genius has great deal to play with, but the options
are endless, as you can also create your own settings.
The Convotherm 4 includes new HygieneCare
concepts. These innovations keep key areas clean, for
example the door handle, by having built-in permanent
antibacterial action. This reduces the transfer of bacteria,
creating a safer work environment and safer food for
customers to enjoy. The add-on of our new disappearing
door is an optional must-have, especially for smaller kitchen
areas. Most open oven doors become an obstacle to move
around, whereas these doors melt into the side of the oven,
relieving all space issues.
For the Five Mile Line Diner:
You will be able to reap many of the best rewards possible such as: energy efficiency, kitchen
efficiency, hygiene, and more. The energy usage of the Convotherm 4 is between seven and
forty-four percent lower, depending on settings, than most commercial ovens currently used.
This alone will lower operating costs. However, the Convotherm also includes settings for multi-
cooking (Mixed Load), which allows the user to cook different types of food at the same time,
without transfer of taste. This means that the oven will not have to be used for different pieces
of a meal – bread can be baked with steak and vegetables! Plus, the easyTouch comes with
ecoCook settings that allow the user to save even more energy.

4. Pricing:
“We aren’t satisfied until you are.” A slogan of ours that is true to the bone. We will work with
you to ensure that the process is done correctly and smoothly, so you don’t have to worry
about it later.
Convotherm 4 easyTouch 20.20 ES – Our largest and most advanced product, starts at $32,000.
A down payment of 20% ($6,400) is due at signing, after which we will determine a suitable
monthly payment that serves your company.
Convotherm 4 easyTouch 12.20 ES – This holds twelve large pans, which is our mid-size model,
and starts at $24,000. A down payment of 25% (6,000) is due at signing, after which we will
determine a suitable monthly payment that serves your company.
Convotherm 4 easyTouch 6.20 ES – Holds six full size pans, which is our smallest version. This
model starts at $19,000 and a down payment of 30% ($5,700) is needed at signing, after which
we will determine a suitable monthly payment method.
Specialty Add-ons Created for the Best:
Disappearing Door: for the 20.20 series will cost $1,100 more than the starting price. If three or
more 20.20 series are ordered together, this option is a free add-on. For the 12.20 this is a $900
add-on, and if 4 or more are order together it becomes free. For the 6.20 series this is a $700
add-on and if 4 or more are ordered together the option becomes free.
A Timeline Created for You:
Week 1 After the down payment goes through, discussions begin about special features,
size constraints, and the installation process.
Week 2-4 On average is takes approximately 2-3 weeks after the complete order is received
at our manufacturing plant for the completed product to be built and shipped to
location.
Week 5 Installation – our team will work with yours to install the Convotherm 4. This
usually takes 1-3 days depending on the current venting and water supply that the
kitchen is built with.
Week 5/6 Training can begin right after installation. We will send one of our representatives
to work with your staff and help them to learn everything they could know about
the Convotherm 4. They will even give you direct contact information for
questions and concerns.

Throughout our almost forty years of innovating the commercial oven for our customers, the
Convotherm 4 is truly our best product yet. Allowing the customer to control, focus, and create
while saving time and energy has always been a top priority to our innovation process, yet this
product goes above and beyond our expectations.
Creating the Convotherm 4 has been one of the most difficult projects we have concluded. With
this creation we have moved away from just creating another oven, to creating a culinary
partner in the kitchen. The Convotherm 4 works with the culinary professional, making
suggestions, learning, and understanding its use. This technology brings this product alive and
allows the user freedom to creating some amazing culinary masterpieces.
But, what is so special about this

beginning stages of manufacturing
to being installed and used daily,

Our entire manufacturing plant is
run with hydroelectricity, making it
a cleaner, safer environment to
work and create. With the
Convotherm 4 you will see drastic
changes in a decreasing energy bill.
