I am an energetic and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task
that I undertake. My education spans managerial and technical courses with an added specialization as a
certified project manager. The consultancy experience in Dubai adds competency to my project management
skills and familiarity towards Dubai work culture.

 Gained experience in a technical consultancy.
 Learnt drafting of specifications, tenders and proposal evaluation schedules.
 Site surveys and measurements for 3D models.
 Develop 3D models of projects with solar photo voltaic systems.

Which came out with positive outcome for the company and enhanced their workability.
 Assigned as one of the technical and administrable in charge of a township site which has 173 villas and
two 11 storey residential building under construction, gained first-hand knowledge of actual living site
conditions.
 Technical site work consisted of supervising casting of concrete, laying the reinforcement, plaster work,
brick work, estimation of quantities etc. Administrable work included of managing different contractors
on site and assigning the work day schedule to them. Regular administration of labour on the daily set
