provided him the Prescription Writing Software he uses
•Ask whether started chamber or when going to start
•If doing chamber - (Using our software or not, if says yes, then)
* Facing any problem in using
* If facing issues then note down those and let us know in the channel
* Ask for the purpose of updating, take a access of the device and check out
the version
* If he uses backdated one, update that version into 2.1.4
4. •If doing chamber - (Not using our software then)
* Ask if there any help or support needed
* Try to find out why is not using, what is the specific reason
* Push to use, if patient count is low then suggest to at least keep the software up
and running
* Contract with sponsored agent and told him that not using, if any support need
or not
