spend a lot of time in the
store.

4. OPTIC
• All of the decoration is somehow related
to the business.
• Employees wear doctor-like clothes.
• The products are displayed in an
organized and clear way, but there is no
product that comes out from the rest.
• Glass is the main subject of everything
in the shop, from roof to walls.

5. PATISSERIE
This bakery shop displays all of its products in a way in which people
can not touch them.
There are only two employees at the shop, so lines tend to form and
some customers just go away because they have to wait too long.
The shop has brick walls, which give it a feeling of brick oven bakery
products.
The shop also sales beverages, coffee being the biggest sale.

6. BOOKSTORE
Although the store has no doors the separation with the detectors at
the entrance doesn’t help to invite customers in. During the 20
minutes I was there, plenty of people entered the store mostly to
ask for an specific book. I truly believe that such a store, a book
store, could benefit by adding more book’s publicity (something that
I have seen plenty of in other bookstores). The lights in this store
are appropriate for reading and the store looks clean and very well
organized. I specially liked the “on sale” part in the center of the
store where one could find some good old books for a very good
. price

“Well, the store has the color scheme of the brand and we try to bring
the client a simple yet enjoyable experience that will make them
come back. We have a lot of movement around here all day long so
there is no time to work making a mess we must keep everything
under control” MARÍA SOL UCCIANI
