The Use Of Backdoor Channels & Religious Scholars For
Conciliation Between Both Conflicting Parties Would Be A
Better Choice.
4. Development
Government Should Work For The Betterment of
Less Developed Areas like North Waziristan,
Tribal Areas, Rural Sindh & Southern Punjab.
Education & Health Facilities Should Be Provided
To Such Type of Areas & Also Their Fundamental
Rights
5. Conclusion
The solution lies in a adopting a step-by-step and
careful approach and delay of important
implementation process till the final settlement.
It means that both parties must agree on
implementation of important points on the final
settlement of the agreement so that none of them can
cheat other.
6. There is a need to work in the areas affected by terrorism
to steer them back to economic development. Therefore,
Pakistan should use all political, economic and social
levers to combat the menace of terrorism.
The state should not conduct the negotiation
efforts without taking the public into confidence
The government should use dialogue with TTP as the
first option because it has several merits.
