What further Seals as one of the trailblazers in the industry is his ability to always find the
opportunity out of any crises and understanding of everyone’s contribution to success. A note-worthy
aspect of Seals’ personality is his ability to create a team of leaders by drawing-out leadership from
anyone. Seals is constantly building and engineering systems with high-caliber and dedicated leaders.
He has assembled teams to reach $13 million in new businesses, which are all self-sustainable! By

Like other businesses, Sky’s successful track record has been put through the test of many
economic down turns. Even in the toughest of times, Seals’ companies always saw consistent revenue
growth. Currently, Seals is again expanding with a second solar startup company developing growth

ethics through two of his solar projects, one from each company, as they are used as poster-child
projects for CSI, (California for Sustainable Energy), and many others have been placed in solar

Sky’s track record does not just stop with renewable PV solar but also reaches into the
501(c)(3) non-profit field. Understanding what life was once like, he felt the calling to give back. Seals
founded the Rainbow Sky Foundation, which assists those in need by raising awareness through
charity events, both locally and internationally. Sky has lead numerous charity events to raise money
and awareness for several orphanages, hospitals, and homeless. After talking with Sky Seals, it’s clear

Dear To Whom It May Concern,
I met Sky Seals approximately 4 years ago while serving as the Estimator for Sun Country Builders,
a general contractor who specialized in the new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing
projects. Sky impressed me immediately, during a rehab job walk I was officiating, with his can do
attitude and his knowledge of what we could do to achieve the solar factor we needed to make the
projects work. When others seemed to make everything more complicated and challenging, he was
very easy to work with and forthcoming with out of the box ideas, and ways, to adapt his systems to
the 60 year old buildings.
Sky has continued to be one of my ‘Go To” subcontractors, he always makes time to answer any
questions I have and has bent over backwards numerous times to get me numbers on short notice and
with little to no plan direction. Sky is very personable and a great guy inside and outside of the office
and would be a valued addition to any company.
