Over 7 years of total experience which has been spent in the eLearning and Training
domain.
Initially in the eLearning domain I was actively involved in designing and development of
eLearning courses using different authoring tools. Lastly I got promoted to the level of
Senior Training Coordinator where I had to engage with two very different domains of
Instructional Designers and Content Developers, bringing up a bridge between these to
