• To further create knowledge exchange and
trigger learning curiosity, we would like to
create a Learning Group in Yammer for Egypt,
where women can discuss topics from the
learning playlists, to exchange experiences and
practices and create a community.
• This Yammer group will also help identify key
topics & areas of focus (learning playlists can be
build around those and then discussed)
• We will need “moderators” and “champions” to
get the conversations going, drive content (we
can maybe adopt a rotation mechanism,
through which we identify the people who will
play that role for 1-2 months)
Create a learning community through Yammer
