 Responsible for managing workers’ payroll, plant payables related to contract temporary labour and supplies, Plant
receivables related to fair price shop, workshop income from maintenance work, scrap disposal etc.
 Assist Trustees in management of workers gratuity, provident fund and Workers Profits Participation Funds
 Provide advisory services to all department heads in respect of financial analysis of proposed agreements.
 As Secretary Budget meeting, record and maintain minutes of meetings, educate department heads on best
practices and assist Control Manager in budget monitoring and conducting variance analyses.
 Has been a part of the Management Negotiation team for CBA settlements
 Assisted HR Department in calculating financial impact of social security liability for settlement of long outstanding
dispute with the Punjab Social Security Institution.
 Was part of the due diligence team from the seller’s side for Company’s intended sale to another Group
 Actively participated in implementation of the new ERP in the Company
 Helped the HR and Admin Departments in review of various existing contracts including those with Labour
contractor, Transport service providers, Canteen/Café services, Bank, product bagging & shipping, and laundry etc.
 Authorized as joint Cheque Signatory of company payment since last more than 10 years. Joint Cheque Signatory
of Worker Provident Fund trust, Gratuity Fund trust, Staff Provident fund Trust.
