difference is the herbs used in preparing the teas.
• Vata predominant personality should have tea that includes ingredients
like fennel, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, liquorice, and stevia.
• Pitta predominant personality should have tea with ingredients like
ginger, cardamom, fennel, rose, liquorice, and stevia added in it.
• Kapha predominant personality should add ingredients like black
