We are proud to announce the 2017 International 3D Printing Conference will be held in
Ulsan, Korea, during September 13-14, 2017. As a key manufacturing technology for the 4th
industrial revolution, additive manufacturing (AM) has been spotlighted and new business
opportunities associated with AM has been introduced in a variety of industries. In order to
promote the AM business and its successful use cases, UNIST, UIPA and K-AMUG are co-
hosting the international conferences with the world renowned speakers, capable users, and
AM solution providers.
Ulsan, the industrial capital of Korea, is emerging as the center of Korea’s additive
manufacturing technology. Based on the major industries including automotive, shipbuilding,
and petrochemical sectors of Korean economy, the applications of additive manufacturing
and new business opportunities are expected. The conference event will be a milestone in AM
society to get the researchers, engineers, and industries connected toward the new value
creation. The organizing committee truly welcomes you to Ulsan for this meaningful
