Description
Special purpose machine for toy assembly line is designed to filter a manufacturing component which is
going to assemble in the toy.
The machine contains 4rpm motor drive which gives input for 4 drives in the machine. All drives works
in different speeds by using Gears.
This machine helps to filter error components which helps to increase the accuracy and reduce the error
in the final assembly.
FIXTURE FOR 7DEGREE ANGULAR HOLE MAKING

Role : Creating concept and Modelling
Description
Fixture for 7 Degree angular hole making is designed for reduce the production cost
Before designing the fixture, the process had been done by HMC machine
Due to our design, the angular hole can be easily done by Drilling machine itself
The above reduce the machining cost enormously
