Since 2008 I have gained operational experience (airline), consulting experience (ATM), lecturing, mentoring & training experience (applied university), and researching experience (in safety). I hold an MSc. in Human Factors and Safety Assessment in Aeronautics from Cranfield University School of Engineering; and a BSc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. The main subject for my master thesis was Safety Culture and this research has been awarded with 'Best Thesis Prize' at Cranfield University Human Factors class 2010-2011.
