2. Introduction
An alumnus of Vanderbilt University and Boston College, Scott
Bushley leverages more than 20 years of financial leadership
experience to guide finance and business operations at Granite Point
Capital in Boston, Massachusetts. Away from work, Scott Bushley
maintains responsibilities as a board member and youth coach for
Cohasset Youth Baseball and Softball Association (CYBSA).
The CYBSA plays games at multiple fields throughout Massachusetts.
In addition to towns like Cohasset and Brockton, teams from the
league travel to Hanover, where they play at Forge Pond Park. The
town's first facility capable of hosting tournaments, the park boasts
three softball fields, three baseball fields, and an expansive open
green space that can be broken into several rectangular fields.

3. Forge Pond Park
It also has paved and wooded walking trails that extend several
miles and are used frequently by members of the community.
The 40-acre athletic complex is named for the pond it borders
to the east. In addition, the park is surrounded by a cranberry
bog on its northwest side. The six baseball and softball fields
include player dugouts, batting cages, bleachers, and solar-
powered score boards. The complex’s large green space can
serve as a fairground or accommodate sports like soccer,
football, and lacrosse.
