I have worked as both an attorney and an engineer in the areas of brownfield and contaminated property redevelopment for the last 20 years. I work with real estate developers, the regulated community and regulators here in Minnesota and can help navigate the complicated system of regulations and business issues associated with these environmental problems. I am currently the Treasurer the Environment and Natural Resources Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. I also work on Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy issues. I work with creditor rights and banking law issues also.
