This Book of Voice is a message of peace, prosperity and civilization for all human beings. It provides solution to the challenges of the contemporary world on the basis of equity and equality. It guides through the process of establishing a civilized society where all the people on the globe can live with peace with each other. It not only provides solution to the society globally but it also provides solution to the problems faced by an individual and also provides him the track for spiritual development. In the blessed name of Allah (God) who is the Creator of the universe.

O’ people listen. When someone from you dies then his
inheritance should be distributed in such a way that his
widow should get a half. And the remaining half should
be distributed equally among his children, boys and girls,
whether they have married or not married. But married
boys and girls should give from their share twenty
percent (20%) to those brothers and sisters who are not
married then. The same commandment is on the death
of a married woman that her husband shall get half of
her inheritance and the remaining half shall be
distributed among her children, boys and girls, equally.
O' people in the inheritance of a man parents shall also
be equal shareholder. And if any unmarried boy or girl
dies and has inheritance then that inheritance shall be
distributed among mother, father and brothers and
sisters equally. And married brothers and sisters shall
distribute out of their share twenty percent (20%) among
those brothers and sisters who are not married then. O'
people mother, father whosoever be there from them or
adult elder brother shall do protection of share of minor
boy and girl. O' people God wants that there be equality
among you and justice is done. If any person dies and
he has no son or daughter then his wife shall get half of
his inheritance and his paternal granddaughters & sons
shall get the remaining half equally. And if wife too is not
there then all inheritance shall be distributed among his
paternal granddaughters & sons. And if a daughter or
daughters are alive then they too shall get equal share
with his paternal granddaughters & sons. O' people
these are the restrictions of God. (You) should not break
these restrictions.
O' people listen. If any such person dies who has no wife

and children then the government shall get all of his
inheritance. And if brothers and sisters and parents are
present then his inheritance shall be distributed equally
among them and the government shall get nothing.
Government is the heir of the heirless. And the one who
has wife but no children then his widow shall get all of
his inheritance. And the same commandment is on the
death of woman. O' people ponder on these
commandments. No doubt there is a great wisdom in
these commandments. And if someone has step sons or
daughters then they too shall get equal share in his
inheritance according to other rightful. O' people when
two parties enter into the marriage contract then their
children from earlier wife or earlier husband also become
part of the marriage contract.
O' people listen. The government shall give agricultural
and barren land to those sons of the deceased who shall
fill in the agreement for cultivating by themselves and
shall in fact cultivate by themselves. And if someone will
not cultivate in accordance with the agreement then the
government shall recover land from him and shall
distribute among the deserving cultivators. However, the
crops of the deceased are the right of his children. The
government shall not recover land until the crop is ripe
and reaped. O' people agricultural and barren land is the
property of God and with reference to God is the
property of government. Children of the deceased can
neither sell nor transfer to someone else the land in
possession of the deceased. Children of the deceased
cannot get agricultural and barren land in possession of
the deceased as inheritance and heritage. But if the
male children are themselves willing to cultivate then the
government shall give agricultural and barren land to his
cultivator children. The house in which the deceased
lived it’s building is the property of the children of the
deceased. The land on which that house was made it is

the property of the government. That building shall
neither be sold to anyone and nor shall be transferred to
anyone else. That shall remain with his wife (widow) and
children the same way as it was in the life of the
deceased. Factories and trade shall be distributed
among his children. And no one else shall be rightful in
those. In the papers of government the house and
factory shall be transferred in the name of the children of
the deceased. Not any person shall sell the house or
factory made on the land given by the government. O'
people in these commandments there is betterment for
you if you ponder. Factory and trade shall be given to the
children of the deceased as inheritance and the land
used for that purpose shall not be sold. Land is of the
government and building is of the person who built the
building on it.
O' people listen. The land on which you make houses
and factories that land is of the government. You should
identify the right. O' people when you will learn to
discharge other’s rights and will practically start
discharging then your rights too will be recovered. If you
want your rights then discharge other’s rights. And also
do not usurp the right of government. Under the rule of
Book of Voice provision of residence and employment is
the responsibility of the government. But blessed are
those who themselves look for and create their own
means of living.
O' people listen. The debts that you obtain (you) take
benefit for you from them. Therefore, you should return
those debts honestly and out of the profit that you
earned from that money (you) should give at least ten
percent (10%) to the one from whom you took the debt.
And if you took the debt only to meet your needs and did
not earn any profit on it then if you give any money
additionally as reward of the debt then it is better

because for the one you took the debt from the capital
remained frozen and that he could not take benefit from
it. And if you made that person from whom you took the
debt aware of the reality of situation at the time of taking
the debt then if you do not pay any profit then there is no
sin on you. And if (you) give any additional amount at
your pleasure then it will be a return for goodness. O'
people do goodness with each other. And the debt that
you take on fixed rate from financial institutions then
payback the debt in accordance with that very contract
that you made with the financial institutions. O' people
instead of taking debt on fixed rate you should take debt
on equal sharing. You should give profit to financial
institutions in the ratio of your and financial institution’s
capital or tell them to bear loss in the same ratio. And the
same way financial institutions should give you profit on
your deposited moneys or tell to bear loss. O' people do
not fix interest rates in your financial matters. Share in
profit and loss in the ratio of capital. O' people write your
business accounts with honesty and do not do
dishonesty. No doubt God likes honesty. And blesses
with abundance in the work of the honest. And from
whose wealth abundance evaporates very bad time
comes on him. By evaporation of abundance wealth is
evaporated. O' people keep praying ‘O God You bless
abundance in our wealth and make us honest’. No doubt
God is a listener and has Omnipotence.
O' people listen. As you are alive then there is no share
of any dead in your wealth. And nor does God need your
wealth. It is God who gives you wealth through various
ways. O' people you should help the handicapped of
your family and the vicinity and help those people do any
business who are poor and have the skills and strength
to do business. O' people when you help any
handicapped, poor, widow, orphan or helpless human
being then (you) actually help yourself and are regarded

worthy for the nearness to God. And how blessed is that
person who wants nearness to God and the who gets
nearness to God. O' people look for nearness to God.
And keep in mind that you will not always incessantly
remain alive with this body of yours. The people who are
poor their belief happens to be shaky. And also of those
who store myriad of wealth. O' people take work from
poor human beings, make them do labor and give them
reasonable remuneration so that their poverty would
end. And their belief is established. Affluent human
beings, from their excess wealth, should get unskilled
people skilled, get uneducated people educated and
open such institutions of science and technology in
which poor human being also could get education.
O' people listen. These commandments are full of
wisdom. You should ponder on them and act upon them
so that you can become civilized human beings. O'
people Book of Voice invites you that you should
establish positive and constructive objective of your life
and then act with honesty and devotion for achieving
your objective. O' people stay away from destructive
science and technology that destruction does not suit
civilized human beings. Book of Voice guides in
accordance with the requirements of the era. Now
whosoever may like to take guidance and whosoever
may like not to take guidance. There is no compulsion on
anyone.
