A) FROM 06 January 2015, I AM WORKING AS CLUSTER
COORDINATOR IN SAMSONITE ASIAPVTLTD, NASHIK UNDER CSR
(CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY)
 Quality of Education Activity:-
1. Provide Basic Facility: - To run Quality of Education Activity in 75
Zilla Parishad primary schools. Under this activity, we identify
needs of school and provide various materials as like Water filter,
Dust bin, Music Instrument, Wire Fencing etc.
2. Workshop/Training: - We take workshop with 75 school teachers
on various issues as like child right, Creativity of children,
Personality development, E – learning etc.
3. Incentive Award Scheme:- We run incentive Award scheme in
schools per quarter. It is helpful for make competitive environment
in all schools for improvement.
4. Institutionalization:- We identify children, those children are need
to institutionalization. We made this institutionalization by Child
Welfare Committee. Most of we found needy children are orphan,
street living & single parent children.
B) FROM 23 AUGUST 2010 to 31 December 2014, I AM WORKING AS
FIELD COORDINATOR IN CHILD RIGHT SECTOR, AWAKENING
JAGRITI ORGANIZATION CO-FUNDED BY INTERVIDA IN NASHIK.
 To do following activities and program:-
1. To run Day Care Center and provide basic right to street children
as like Nutrition, Education, Recreation, protection from physical,
sexual abuse etc.
2. To run four contact points, which are Railway Station plat form,
Commercial Sex Worker area, Deolali Camp and Tapovan.
Through this contact point, we collected street children for
provide basic facilities.
3. To identify child abuse case through Day Care Center and Contact
Point and solve that problem.

2. 4. To made institutionalization of children by Child Welfare
Committee, those are street living, beggar, run away from home,
street living, child labor etc.
5. To make counseling of children for solving abuse cases, school
enrollment, institutionalization, vocational trainings.
6. To take poster exhibition and Street play for child right
awareness.
10. To conductvarious issues awareness session with stack holder as
Police, college student, NGO staff, teaches and convinced them for
Support to project sustainability.
C) FROM JANUVARY 2009 TO 18 AUGUST 2010, I WAS WORKING AS
WELFARE OFFICER IN UNTA BIDI COMPANY UNDER CSR SECTOR
(CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY), NASHIK.
 To do following activities and program:-
1. To handle Administration work as like budget execution, track to
documentation.
2. To complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
report writing related achievement of work.
3. To made networking visit to other NGO, Local person for support
to project activity and organization.
4. To conduct General Health check up and Eye check up camp for
vidi workers and local community people.
5. To conduct HIV/AIDS and T.B. awareness and detection camp.
6. To reach Central Government schemes to vidi worker, those
implement from Labors commissioner office, Nagpur. E.g.
Scholarship of children, Minor disease operations etc.
7. To conduct various computation for Vidi worker and local
community people.
8. To arrange awareness session on various issues. E.g. self help
group, Right to information Act, Yoga.
9. To run various type programmers’ for children. E.g. I.Q. test and
Carrier Guidance program, Class for educational development,
Library, Workshop on Art work and Craft work.
