their movement and freedom to exert their right as
citizens of the city—freedom to move, study, work, and
leisure.
 It is essential to create a dialogue between smarter and
safer cities. It must focus on how people can feel safer
and how they are able to feel more ownership and
engagement with urban processes. Citizen participation in
governance is often mentioned in smart city documents
and this must be realized as a two-way process of
engagement.

sms.

 Children are conserved as the most important asset of their country however
improper understanding of the parents and poverty making them the reason for
the weakness of the country instead of being the power of the country
 Child labour is the service paid by the children in their childhood in any field of
work.
 Child labour interferes with the proper growth and development of the children in
all aspects like mentally, physically, socially and intellectually.
 Our App will be an initiative to minimize and control the child exploitation
 User of the app shall take images/videos of the Child labors through mobile phone
or tablets and send to authorized Institutions through this App.
 The sender shall not claim any compensation charges towards sending of the
videos/images. However some selected regular senders may be felicitated by the
Authorized Departments.
 The sender's information shall not be shared unless and untill required by the
court or competent authority & normally it shall be kept confidential

23. How to Inform Govt. About Child Labors
 Enter the Location of incident.
 Enter the Date and Time of the incident . The Image / Video may
be ascertained from the mobile phone / tablet.
 Enter the detail about description in brief
 Enter the Detail about the sender ( if not registered earlier, it is
applicable for the first time user).
 Attach the image/video either from mobile camera or stored in
the gallery (if sent later on)
 Click on Submit

Details through the App will help compile the Cases of Child
Labour/Exploitationn
Detailed Reports on real time ( Monthly/ Quaterly etc ) can be created or
extracted as per use of specific Authorized persons only.
Actions Points can be created / strategized by Designated Departments for
rehabilitations for those children's.
Departments and Govt Image will get enhanced.
