This letter is to certify that Mrs. Sasha Vasileva has been working for Cumerio Med JSCo
since September 1981 till September 2005, and developed experience on the following
positions: Technical coordinator, Shift Leader in Flotation plant, Technologist in Flotation
plant, Deputy Manager Flotation plant, New Equipment specialist in Safety Dept., and
Safety Dept. Manager.
During her work experience on the last position she contributed significantly to the
development of Safety department team, as well as on safety assurance during the vast
investment program in Cumerio Med. Mrs. Vasileva actively participated in several internal
committees such as Health & Safety committee, Procedures committee, and EHS & Moral
committee. She was also a team member in internal quality audits team and in the team
for job evaluation, using Hay grading methodology. As a Safety Dept. Manager she has
been deeply involved in introducing Safety management system and implementing Loss
Control Project.
During her work in Cumerio Med Mrs. Sasha Vasileva demonstrated a strong personal
drive and has proven to be a competent, capable and reliable member of the team. We are
