3. Motivation letter
I am Master student of Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) in Wuhan University of Science and
Technology. I am seeking for a work place where I can show and improve my study and work knowledge.
I am a highly motivated, hardworking individual; tolerant, and with a dynamic personality, coupled with
good organization and communicative skills.
During my working career, I have gained invaluable experience in working as assistant construction
manager and Construction Engineer and Construction Engineer. I learned to worked indecently and also in
team. In my working time I worked in field and office. On field my main task was to follow that all works have
been done according to drawings, fallow if work is qualified and done properly. Also arrange cost estimates,
follow construction material quality and quantity. Working as construction engineer, my main task was
calculating and making drawings in steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, wooden structures and
masonry structures.
I would like to say that my ability to motivate myself is a key factor in my overall success. I am an
extremely hard working person and I am committed to reaching my goals. I always work to the best of my
ability in order to achieve and gain very high levels of my self – discipline, self – reliance and initiative. I am
sure that my personal qualities as well my ability to apply myself to my work and hobby.
