                                                  For them we developed a “shop-in-shop” website -
                                                  a Nike branded shopping page within a selected retailers
                                                  E-commerce website.

                                                  We then developed a system, which allowed Nike to upload
                                                  specific banners, artwork or style changes to the site and
                                                  built in a fully functioning content management system.

                                                  We also developed an interactive micro site for the Wayne
                                                  Rooney “Sniper campaign” allowing visitors to enter
                                                  competitions, view products and play interactive games
                                                  online with data capture and triggered email marketing.

BBC’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC
SERVICE BROADCASTING WITHIN THE UNITED
KINGDOM, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN.
                                                 SOLUTION
                                                 Parker Sandford was commissioned by the BBC to
                                                 develop an online 'media bank' allowing for advertisers
                                                 such as Yahoo to download program advertisements. In
                                                 order to integrate with the BBC online network Parker
                                                 Sandford developed the online media bank in the
                                                 specialist programming language ‘Perl’.

                                                 This online centre allowed approved users (companies
                                                 who advertised the BBC’s programming on their own
                                                 sites) to log into the site and download banners and
                                                 animated GIFs around certain programs.

                                                            This new sports retailer approached us
                                                          to help with the overall business plan,
                                                        brand development, and digital marketing
                                                       strategy. Within this digital strategy rollout
                                                      we designed and developed the new DW
                                                     Sports E-commerce website, which boasted
                                                   the new brand, look and feel of the retailer.

                                                  To accompany the online marketing strategy we
                                                helped DW Sports offline, with an array of marketing
                                               literature and point of sale to promote their new
                                               fitness centres, stores and promotional activity.

PRINCES LTD. IS A UK-BASED FOOD MANUFACTURER ORIGINALLY SPECIALISING IN CANNED
FOODS BUT NOW PRODUCES A WIDE RANGE OF FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY

                                                  SOLUTION
                                                  We were asked to develop an online process in order
                                                  to streamline the ordering, shipping, invoicing and
                                                  distribution of tuna stocks from Mauritius. The online
                                                  process system integrated in to the main SAP data
                                                  warehouse, based on secure web applications.

                                                  The integration program included extensive XML
                                                  coding in order for the feed in to the existing SAP
                                                  system. We also developed an ordering system that
                                                  linked remote worldwide sites as well as controlling
                                                  the order, shipping, invoicing and distribution process

                                                   SOLUTION
                                                   Parker Sandford designed, developed and implemented an
                                                   online system that allowed data from the Warburton’s SAP
                                                   system to be made available on a secure extra net, allowing
                                                   suppliers with their own pricing section to securely log in and
                                                   request and manage their pricing structure with Warburtons.

                                                   Simultaneously, we also gave Warburtons access to this
                                                   system to view all requests and changes on the supplier side
                                                   with a ‘traffic light’ function to colour code the status of
                                                   various prices and respond to price changes. This system
                                                   has speeded up the complete supply chain relationship,
                                                   allowed collection and analysis of key commercial data and
                                                   allowed suppliers to securely access the extranet, hence
                                                   improving supplier-client relations.

                                           We were approached to consolidate the existing

                                           one group brand and ultimately one company. Evolve
                                           had three companies; Frodsham Signs, Jazz Graphics

                                           therefore developed a brand that would sit as the group

                                               We designed, built and currently host Mitchell’s
                                               website. We built in full content management
                                               functionality giving Mitchells the ability to edit and
                                               manage promotions, offers and banners on the site.
                                               We then designed and developed micro-sites for each
                                               pub and hotel, linking to the main site and allowing
                                               Mitchells to promote specific areas of each venue,
                                               such as menus, events, photo galleries and offers.

                                               We also built bespoke, one-off landing pages for use
                                               with specific email campaigns and promotions, which
                                               allowed for data capture and management. Online

                                                              page strategic brand guide was produced by Parker
                                                              Sandford to demonstrate the brands versatility to

                                                              on to design and develop full supporting marketing
                                                              material which included a Company brochure and
                                                              sector specific mailers. The next phase of the
                                                              relationship will see the new brand identity

  • 2. NIKE (AS IF YOU NEED AN INTRODUCTION!) IS ONE OF THE MAJOR BRANDED SPORTSWEAR AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS BASED IN THE UNITED STATES. COVERING MOST SPORTS FROM BASEBALL AND BASKETBALL TO (MORE LOCALLY) RUGBY AND FOOTBALL, THIS GIANT RETAILER IS A MAJOR PLAYER ON THE INTERNATIONAL SPORTSWEAR FIELD. SOLUTION For them we developed a “shop-in-shop” website - a Nike branded shopping page within a selected retailers E-commerce website. We then developed a system, which allowed Nike to upload specific banners, artwork or style changes to the site and built in a fully functioning content management system. We also developed an interactive micro site for the Wayne Rooney “Sniper campaign” allowing visitors to enter competitions, view products and play interactive games online with data capture and triggered email marketing. 2
  • 3. ADIDAS (AGAIN, NO REAL INTRODUCTION NEEDED) IS A GERMAN-BASED SPORTS APPAREL MANUFACTURER AND PARENT COMPANY OF THE ADIDAS GROUP. THE COMPANY IS THE LARGEST SPORTSWEAR MANUFACTURER IN EUROPE AND THE SECOND BIGGEST SPORTSWEAR MANUFACTURER IN THE WORLD, AFTER ITS U.S. RIVAL NIKE SOLUTION For Adidas Parker Sandford developed a “shop-in-shop” website – an Adidas branded shopping page within the JJB Sports E-commerce site. This website allowed for the management of all content including the overall website style keeping with the feel of the most 3
  • 4. THE BRITISH BROADCASTING CORPORATION (BBC) IS THE LARGEST BROADCASTING ORGANISATION IN THE WORLD. FUNDED BY AN ANNUAL TV LICENSE, THE BBC’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SERVICE BROADCASTING WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN. SOLUTION Parker Sandford was commissioned by the BBC to develop an online 'media bank' allowing for advertisers such as Yahoo to download program advertisements. In order to integrate with the BBC online network Parker Sandford developed the online media bank in the specialist programming language ‘Perl’. This online centre allowed approved users (companies who advertised the BBC’s programming on their own sites) to log into the site and download banners and animated GIFs around certain programs. 4
  • 5. DW SPORTS IS THE NEW SPORTS BRAND THAT’S EMERGED FROM DAVE WHELAN’S £80M ACQUISITION OF JJB SPORTS FITNESS CLUBS. THE NEW BRAND COMPRISES OF STORES AND AWARD WINNING FITNESS CENTRES SPREAD ACROSS THE UK. SOLUTION This new sports retailer approached us to help with the overall business plan, brand development, and digital marketing strategy. Within this digital strategy rollout we designed and developed the new DW Sports E-commerce website, which boasted the new brand, look and feel of the retailer. To accompany the online marketing strategy we helped DW Sports offline, with an array of marketing literature and point of sale to promote their new fitness centres, stores and promotional activity. 5
  • 6. PRINCES LTD. IS A UK-BASED FOOD MANUFACTURER ORIGINALLY SPECIALISING IN CANNED FOODS BUT NOW PRODUCES A WIDE RANGE OF FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY BEGAN TRADING CANNED MEATS AND VEGETABLES IN 1880. IN 1946, THE COMPANY MOVED ITS OPERATIONS TO SOUTHPORT AND BEGAN FOOD MANUFACTURING. SOLUTION We were asked to develop an online process in order to streamline the ordering, shipping, invoicing and distribution of tuna stocks from Mauritius. The online process system integrated in to the main SAP data warehouse, based on secure web applications. The integration program included extensive XML coding in order for the feed in to the existing SAP system. We also developed an ordering system that linked remote worldwide sites as well as controlling the order, shipping, invoicing and distribution process The system also included full reporting and data management functionality to give full control over these processes. 6

WARBURTONS IS CURRENTLY THE UK'S THIRD BIGGEST BREAD MANUFACTURER. SOLUTION Parker Sandford designed, developed and implemented an online system that allowed data from the Warburton’s SAP system to be made available on a secure extra net, allowing suppliers with their own pricing section to securely log in and request and manage their pricing structure with Warburtons. Simultaneously, we also gave Warburtons access to this system to view all requests and changes on the supplier side with a ‘traffic light’ function to colour code the status of various prices and respond to price changes. This system has speeded up the complete supply chain relationship, allowed collection and analysis of key commercial data and allowed suppliers to securely access the extranet, hence improving supplier-client relations. 8

JJB SPORTS WAS FOUNDED IN 1971 BY EX-FOOTBALLER DAVE WHELAN AND IS ONE OF THE LEADING SPORTS RETAILERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, EMPLOYING AROUND 12,000 STAFF NATIONALLY AND RUNNING A SIGNIFICANT FLEET OF CARS AND ASSOCIATED VEHICLES. IT CURRENTLY OPERATES OUT OF 251 STORES IN THE UK AND IRELAND. SOLUTION We designed and built a fully functioning E-commerce online store, with a full promotional and discounting engine. SOLUTION We were approached to consolidate the existing companies trading under the Evolve Group name into one group brand and ultimately one company. Evolve had three companies; Frodsham Signs, Jazz Graphics and Evolve Creative and the brief was to bring these companies together under the Evolve Group brand. We therefore developed a brand that would sit as the group corporate identity. Having spent time with each of the teams from Evolve allowed us to gained a full understanding of how dynamic and fast moving their business is which then enabled us to develop a brand that would reflect the company ethos. 12

We then designed and developed micro-sites for each pub and hotel, linking to the main site and allowing Mitchells to promote specific areas of each venue, such as menus, events, photo galleries and offers. SOLUTION As a full service digital agency we were asked to develop a transactional website that allowed the whole range of VizWear products to be available to consumers in a variety of pack sizes. SOLUTION We won a competitive pitch to brand, market and create a complete online and offline strategy for these 5 EDZ sites; Wigan Pier Quarter, Westwood Park, Pemberton Colliery, Makerfield Way and Wigan Enterprise Park. TIME RECRUITMENT WANTED TO RAISE THEIR BUSINESS TO BUSINESS PROFILE AND REQUIRED THE NEW BRAND IDENTITY TO REPRESENT THE MULTIPLE SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT DIVISIONS WITHIN THEIR ORGANISATION. SOLUTION The brand needed to be versatile, memorable and instantly recognisable whilst representing their reputation for quality and service. The Parker Sandford team spent time consulting with each department within Time Recruitment in order to gain a full understanding of each specialist division. A 60 page strategic brand guide was produced by Parker Sandford to demonstrate the brands versatility to represent each division. Following the brand creation, Parker Sandford went on to design and develop full supporting marketing material which included a Company brochure and sector specific mailers. The next phase of the relationship will see the new brand identity implemented online with a new designed and fully interactive website. 20
