2. primarily responsible to conduct Tax related audit, i.e. if the company has deducted and deposited tax to
relevant authority in time, and in case of discrepancies a detailed report was needed to be submitted.
 I was given the responsibility to verify the facts and if the project is expected to create or destroy
shareholder’s wealth of the projects proposed by a company.
 I was responsible to verify the calculation of exchange ratio of shares and if the exchange ratio was more
than the minimum acceptable ratio required by the vendor company.
 Internal Audit of the companies :Olympus Enterprises and Tantia Agrochemicals Pvt Ltd, my
responsibility being verification of cost being reasonable or not on the basis of the nature of the product,
site visits for analyzing the day to day workings of the.
 Conducted Due diligence of the Financial Statements, minutes book etc. of the target company prior to a
merger.
 Concurrent audit of Allahabad bank. I was responsible for in depth verification of loans and advances
forwarded by bank, and all the major discrepancies after discussion with the bank manager was forwarded
to the principal Auditor.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Lead my college cricket team in many tournaments and won many awards.
 Participated in Math Olympiad while in school and stood 45th all over the Country
 Volunteered in teaching students belonging to BPL families, in classes organized & conducted by the school
