A biotechnologist continuing research for more than 3 years in the Molecular Biology Domain, capable of developing SOP, generating data, analysing it and leading research projects independently and in a team of ethnic mosaic. I have proficiency in mammalian cell culture techniques (both 2D and 3D (spheroid/organoid) culture model), DNA, RNA and protein extraction techniques, quality check, PCR, qRT-PCR, Cloning, Sanger Sequencing, TaqMan Genotyping and Western blotting, ELISA, Luciferase Assay, Oncogenic Assays (Colony Formation Assay, Migration Assay and MTT assay), Cytokine Assay, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Proteomics, Confocal Imaging, IHC, ICC and FACS, and Plant Tissue Culture.
