3.  Music Videos - Immediately after his graduation
from high school, 17-year-old Jonze moved to Los
Angeles and began working as an editorial
assistant at Freestylin', a biker magazine.
 In 1991, he helped found Dirt, a short-lived spin-
off of the popular teen magazine Sassy, aimed at
teenage male readers.
 His first music-video gig came in 1992, when he
was hired to shoot video footage of skateboarding
for Sonic Youth's "100%.
 Throughout the 1990s, Jonze directed music
videos for many other prominent artists—including
R.E.M., the Breeders, Puff Daddy, the Chemical
Brothers and Björk
 He also made a number of memorable television
commercials for companies like Nike, Sprite,
Nissan and Coca-Cola

4. FINCHER’S TRADEMARKS
 Black and White colouring
 Silhouette (low-key) lighting used often
 Close up shots are used to portray star image, if there is a close
up it shows that the person in the picture is important and that is
what producers want for their star.

5.  Fincher likes to work with similar artists such as Aerosmith and Billy Idol, but
unlike Spike Jonze he does not have a trademark in terms of creativity
 Although he does have certain traits such as;
 High/Low angle shots are always used
 Most videos have close ups when portraying star image
 Fincher likes to use single frame insert and flashback style colouring shots
