SUBJECT: OCCUPATION REFERENCE
This memo is a letter of record for performance of one, Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan
Pillai
DynCorp Intl., LNK Plumbing Department.
Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai was the plumbing inspector representative for
DynCorp Intl. September 2009 to March 2015 at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. He ensured
over 100 non mil-con projects, worth 45 million, that are U.S. code and life health safety
compliant. Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai helped oversee the completion of over 100 non
mill-con projects with an estimated value of 45 million. Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai was
the primary plumbing inspector for each of the above projects and was instrumental in the
evaluation and approval of each per all applicable codes and the IPC 2009 codes.
Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai experience on location was a great asset to the mission in
moving Camp Leatherneck from an expeditionary to an enduring base. This status has direct
effect on Operation Enduring Freedom which guaranteed the safety of all Afghanistan. He
ensured all projects executed by the 577th
EPBG are plumbing code compliant for 17 thousand
military and civilian personal on Camp Leatherneck. His keen eye to detail will assure that all
personnel using any facility built by the 577th EPBS will be safe from any life, health and safety
issues for now and in the future.
This recommendation is from Staff Sergeant Warren J. Navarro of United States Air Force.
SSgt Navarro is enlisted in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years as of date. His Air Force Specialty
Code is 3E571, Engineer. This specialty encompasses as a surveyor, design draftsman, and
construction manager.
In my construction management experience; 3 deployments (Iraq and Afghanistan), Mr.
Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai is one of the exceptional plumbing inspectors that I had the
pleasure to work with. The inspection of 577th
EPBG projects had no difficulties and no code
conflicts. It is my desire that Mr. Rajan Pillai Sreedharan Pillai is to be recognized for his
superior skills and leadership for future references. He is a valuable asset for any company to
have.
