It is gratifying to note that I have completed an eventful
year with Radiant. I would like to thank you for this

4. wonderful opportunity to be part of Team Radiant and
remain connected at the professional level with
Hydrocarbon Processing Industry and contribute to the
growth and enhancing the image of Radiant in my own
humble way.
I just wanted to take a pause for a while , reflect upon and
share a few thoughts on this day.
Incidentally my first step towards beginning a career was at
Vadodara way back in June, 1977. After having served for 37
years with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, a Fortune 500
Company, it is my proud privilege to serve an organisation
which has the prerequisite attributes to enter the Fortune
500 League. I have been influenced by great leaders and
visionaries like Mahatma Gandhi, Jack Welch and was
fortunate to mentored by leaders in Indian Oil who had
Vision and delivered in spite of all odds. I am quite
overwhelmed with the leadership of Team Radiant which
has streaks of highly influential leaders.
Few things impressed me the most at Radiant.
· Freedom to Innovate.
· Receptivity to Ideas.
· Speed of Decision making.
· Sharp business focus.
· Zeal and Commitment at all levels.
I was deeply touched by some of the kind gestures of Team
Radiant but for which the transition would have been
painful. It is a unique experience to be working with you
and colleagues elder to me whose knowledge makes me
humble and colleagues younger than my children with
whom sharing and caring gives immense satisfaction.
