This document discusses plans to develop Pabbi Forest Park in New York into an outdoor recreational and leisure area. It proposes adding an outdoor restaurant, free picnic areas, outdoor activities like biking and volleyball, a kids' play area, random seating along walking paths, a small flower garden, and camping facilities. The goal is to attract more visitors by offering a variety of amenities within an affordable budget and generating revenue through some paid access and activities.

This can be as casual and attractive.
These attractions can easily be achieved with
smart lighting, tasteful furniture, refined
colour schemes and placements within an
affordable budget.
Natural environment with a bit of class &
comfort is what we all seek for a tourist point.

3. FREE ZONE
Not only have we all grown up with this, but have made memories and cherished these simple picnics
on sheets with family.
BUT, this time do it in style! By designating and adding convenience to a specific area for the same.
Not everyone can afford restaurants, but surely everyone can enjoy.

4. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
& TREKKING
Include activities on payments to attract the maximum number of people with varied interests.
For example:
- This can give parents (people with money, but no peace) a relaxation session while their kids go
biking.
- Groups of friends are always on the look out for some good opportunities down the forest.
- Either free volley ball area or charged on hourly basis.

5. KIDS PLAY AREA
Using the existing swings and slides in a designated area. Adding an in-ground or even a simple
trampoline is always a good decision.

6. RANDOM SEATING
Seating along the way on long walks is a MUST which is neglected most of the times. Let’s not neglect
it this time.

7. Flower Garden
Adding an attractive spot will only attract more people.
Have a small flower garden worthy of visiting with a charged entry so the maintenance is not a hefty
deal. After all WHO doesn’t like flowers.

8. CAMPING FACILITY
Camping is every ones weakness. Use it as a strength for this forest park.
