First Solar (Tempe, Arizona)- At First Solar in the Instrument & Controls Department as CAD Designer, I work with a
team to produce plans and support multiple photovoltaic solar job sites. Working closely with engineers in our
department I modify plans to keep up with changes on the site design and update working template drawings.

IES Communications (Tempe, Arizona)- Working at IES as the Documentation Control Department Supervisor and
CAD Specialist, I work closely with project managers, customers and with a small team to provide working drawing
sets, cable labels, as-built drawings, close out packages and warrantees. Adapting to customer needs/ standards for
drawings and company standards I work within strict time deadlines and work with multiple projects at any giving
time. As a CAD Specialist I create working drawings with provided information from the customer as well as
architectural drawings and designs from Estimators / Engineers to give directly to our construction crews to work from
in the field. Project leads provide marked up plans and I produce final as built sets to give to the customer.

American Traffic Solutions (Tempe, Arizona)- Working at American Traffic Solutions as a CAD Specialist, I worked
with the Design and Engineering team to produce working engineering plans for Red Light Traffic Intersections. I was
responsible for survey, drafting and designing a site from start to finish. Visiting sites across the country to survey,
photo document and meet with city engineers to obtain all necessary information to properly design each plan set. I
worked closely with several teams to make sure all sites are functional and are legal. Working with travel agent I was
responsible for arranging my flights, rental car and hotel stays as needed to complete a job.

Sunrise Engineering Inc. (Mesa, Arizona)-While employed at Sunrise Engineering I worked As a Cad Tech II
working closely with engineers and project managers to create working plan sets for various types of projects designing
layouts for residential communities and commercial developments, preparing sewer and water designs, drainage plans,
grading plans, improvement plan and profile sheets, SWPPP plans, earthwork analysis, and signing and striping plans
per city requirements.
2. Also working with a marketing team, project managers and engineers to tailor resumes and write project descriptions to
meet the needs of RFP’s and RFQ’s per local municipalities. Working through every step of the RFP process from
writing outlines from downloaded RFP’s; editing, collecting and taking photographs; composing all data, photos and
graphics to complete RFP’s; printing and binding to delivery. While having a strong background in drafting and design
I was able to use these skills to produce multiple types of exhibits and mapping visuals to set our RFP’s apart from the
rest helping win several major projects. I helped organize a complete marketing file structure and database to help
produce proposals quickly to meet the needs of an RFP accurately and on time.

AMEC (Mesa, Arizona)-When employed as a CAD Drafter/Designer working for the Public Works department of this
company, I worked on several projects for the City of Chandler. Projects included widening several miles of Price and
Germann roads, while adding new travel lanes, bike lanes and sidewalks the typical coordinating utilities, providing
retention and taking new right-of-way were all necessary while also working closely with Kinder Morgan not to disturb
a major gas pipeline that followed our project.

Bio
Ryan Labadie is an AutoCad professional from school and thru his career he has advanced his skills and has worked his
way up to the supervisor level. Covering several different types of engineering opportunities he has gained a wide
range of talents that can be used to provide quick and accurate drawing sets under tight deadlines while retaining a high
3. quality product to the customer. Outside of his career he is a family man, with his wife of 10 years and 2 sons they
make time to be a foster family for infants in need for the past 7 years.
