I had the pleasure of working with Rustam Islamov while working with BP onboard the Dada Gorgud off-
shore Baku in 2012.
He joined us as a new DMC and impressed me with his diligence and overall efforts. He communicates well
with the 3rd parties, onshore logistics team and with the BP WSL, keeping everyone in the loop to ensure
logistics, which can be challenging in this area, operates in a smooth and timely manner.
He is becoming more familiar with the drilling operations and the tools required, this will be an area where he
will improve in the coming months.
Rustam is an asset to our operation and I am sure he will continue to grow in both knowledge and abilities.
