Completed project work for over 100 acres of land to ensure that visibility was improved for motorists and to prevent
collisions with wildlife resulting in increased security and efficiency
Patrolled the Eastern Oregon and deployed to extinguish and control eight different fires during the season using
specific wildland firefighting procedures and utilized techniques which varied according to fuel type, weather
conditions, and topography
Utilized hand tools and chainsaws to construct fire-line on assigned area of operations and carried out specialized
assignments such as tree falling, backfire, and burnout operations, using a variety of specialized tools,
equipment and techniques while actively managing wildland fires; monitoring and controlling fire on
