We searched the market to select world-class suppliers,
ensuring that 82L8 products are made only with the finest
ingredients available to provide consistently high-quality, fresh,

4. Our sandwiches are made with premium meats, cold cuts,
and creative dressings and sauces, developed in-house by our
chefs. Our sandwich menu is transformed every three months
– each time offering a unique, fresh mixture of textures and
flavors – perfectly combining wholesome ingredients drawn
from cuisines around the world.
Our in-house bakery enables us to create a delicious variety
of specialty breads to use in 82L8’s sandwiches, including herb
and vegetable-infused paninis, focaccias, and baguettes.

11. From rosemary-infused baguettes to sundried tomato paninis,
all of 82L8’s sandwiches are made with wholesome, freshly-
baked bread.
Handcrafted by RC’s master bakers in our very own state-
of-the-art kitchen, heart-healthy whole wheat bread is also
available, as part of our extensive sandwich menu.
While nutrition facts are commonly printed on prepackaged
meals, 82L8 has gone one step further to showcase a
distinguished, world-class display of nutritional information on
all of its products.
Based on guidelines established by the Food Standards
Agency in the United Kingdom (FSA), the traffic light labeling
system provides consumers with independent, expert and
scientific dietary advice on food products.
Using this simple yet innovative labeling system enables
customers to make educated and healthier food choices, on-
the-go.

12. The traffic light labeling system is a color-coded system that
identifies the four major nutrients found in food that, if taken in
excess, may be unhealthy.
Nutrients labeled ‘low’ are colored in green, indicating that a
food product contains a low amount of this nutrient.
Nutrients labeled ‘medium’ are colored in amber, indicating
that a food product contains a moderate amount of this
nutrient.
Nutrients labeled ‘high’ are colored in red, indicating that a
food product contains a high amount of this nutrient.
This system, which includes nutrition information per 100 grams,
guides clients towards healthier food choices by encouraging
the selection of products with more green and amber labels,
and fewer red labels – displaying total sugar, total fat, saturated
fat and salt quantities. Total calorie content per serving is also
displayed as part of each label.
82L8 is among the first food retailers in the UAE to implement
and be awarded for participation in the WEQAYA logo program
– bringing you a wide selection of WEQAYA-compliant healthy
food items as part of our menu.
WEQAYA, an intervention program developed by the Health
Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), encourages food producers to
prepare and sell nutritious meals, and to use the WEQAYA logo
on their products as an indicator of healthy food items that
adhere to strict nutritional value contents, including amounts
of fats, sugars, and salt in each meal.
WEQAYA supports the development of RC’s new 82L8 food
line, and our team of chefs and qualified nutritionists work
together to create WEQAYA-compliant choices that are filling

13. All 82L8 menu items are prepared in RC’s state-of-the-art
kitchen, which is among the largest kitchens in the UAE. Our
kitchen runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,
and the presence of on-site Quality Control Officers in every
phase of the food production process ensures that RC’s quality
standards are strictly adhered to.

tested specification sheets are used to prepare each item on
our menu, making sure that all food reaches our customers in
perfect condition, every single time.
All trucks used for transportation of 82L8 products are chilled
and approved by the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority
(ADFCA). Trucks are monitored with an integrated GPS system
that tracks and monitors truck locations, temperatures, and
load/offload times.
All facilities used to store 82L8 products at the RC main kitchen
are monitored using a wireless transmission technology system
called Temptrack.
Temptrack sends email and message alerts to Quality
Control officers when a storage room exceeds the maximum
temperature it should reach (above 8C). If a corrective
action is not taken within 30 minutes, the alert is escalated to
management.
Our investment in advanced technology, coupled with RC’s
stringent quality control procedures – based on HACCP, ISO
2200, Quality ISO 9001 and EHSMS, internationally recognized
health and safety standards – ensures that any 82L8 product
purchased will consistently be of the highest standards of
quality and freshness.
